USER SALES AGREEMENT
1) SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement covers the manner in which the travel services purchased by the Customer are provided and the rights and obligations of the parties.
2) PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
- All taxes are included in the total price of the services provided.
- The payment may be made according to the method determined by the service provider (accommodation, flight, transfer, or tour operator) as follows:
- By credit card at the time of reservation, or
- By EFT/Bank Transfer to the specified bank accounts, or
- Paid on-site at the relevant accommodation or transportation service.
Payments to be made immediately or later during the provision of services will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart as “pay now” and “pay on-site.”
3) SERVICE DESCRIPTION

4) TRANSFER
For accommodation services, transfer rights are subject to the rules determined by the service provider; in such cases, the customer must notify at least 7 days in advance.
5) CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
- Except for documented illness or death of the customer or first-degree relatives certified by a fully equipped state hospital, cancellations made up to 60 days before the trip will be refunded in full to the CUSTOMER, excluding extra services such as transportation or visas.
- If the CUSTOMER cancels 59–31 days before the trip, 25% of the trip price applies; 30–15 days before the trip, 50%; and within 14 days, 100% of the trip price will be paid to Mare Deluxe Residence.
6) TERMINATION BY HOTEL
- If Mare Deluxe Residence terminates the contract arbitrarily without just cause, the customer is entitled to compensation for the damages incurred.
- Mare Deluxe Residence will also refund all payments made by the customer and any documents creating obligations within 10 days.
- No compensation is due if termination occurs due to force majeure despite all reasonable care.
7) NOTIFICATION PERIOD
The customer must notify the service provider and Mare Deluxe Residence within 7 days if the contract is not fulfilled or improperly fulfilled from the date the service should have been provided.
8) LIABILITY
Mare Deluxe Residence is responsible for failure to fulfill obligations under the contract. However, if such failure arises from the fault of the customer, third parties, or force majeure, the hotel is not liable.
9) FORCE MAJEURE
Mare Deluxe Residence may cancel or postpone accommodation due to adverse weather, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, storms, war, natural disasters, governmental changes, civil unrest, unforeseeable technical issues, bankruptcy, or other force majeure. In such cases, Mare Deluxe Residence bears no responsibility, and the customer cannot claim compensation.
10) LUGGAGE
- Items that are smelly, flowing, flammable, explosive, disturbing to the environment, sharp, or firearms, as well as animals, are not allowed without explicit written permission from the hotel.
- In case of luggage loss or damage due to gross negligence by Mare Deluxe Residence personnel, 50% of the portion of the total trip cost allocated to transportation will be paid to the owner.
- Mare Deluxe Residence is responsible for lost or damaged items declared in writing with their value by the customer, up to the total trip cost.
11) OTHER PROVISIONS
- If the customer leaves the hotel due to defective services, they must notify Mare Deluxe Residence in writing with reasons. Otherwise, it is considered that the service was received.
- Complaints must be reported in writing during the service. Continuing to use the service despite complaints cancels compensation rights related to replacement services or refunds.
- Customers participating without signing the contract are considered to have read and accepted it. Mare Deluxe Residence reserves the right of recourse against the signed customers for any excess payments made due to unsigned participants. Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms by catalogues or advertisements, even if they did not sign.
12) EFFECTIVENESS
The customer confirms they have read and acknowledged the service details, price, payment method, and validity. This contract takes effect upon customer approval and ends when the service is consumed or canceled. Customers cannot proceed in the web system without reading and approving this agreement.
13) JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Muğla.
All fourteen clauses in this accommodation agreement have been negotiated and agreed upon freely by the parties.
